Last year I was contacted by Missy & Davina from Mida Interiors about a beautiful Cotswold home they had re-designed the interiors for. They were excited to have their work featured in Cotswold Life Magazine and I was equally as excited to photography it.

The home, owned by Suzi and Peter, is a testament to their search for a balance between seclusion and community – a dwelling that is both surrounded by wildlife and within reach of a vibrant village life. The exterior presents us with ivy-clad stone walls and a classic Cotswold stone building, elements that speak to the historic character of the area. The warm tones of the stone and the organic growth on the walls are captured in a way that invites the viewer to explore the life within.

Inside, the living space is a cosy blend of traditional features like exposed beams and a hearty fireplace, with modern furnishings that add comfort without overshadowing the room’s rustic roots. The hues are warm and earthy, creating an inviting atmosphere that is central to many Cotswold interiors.

If you have a property in the Cotswolds that you need photographing, whether you are an interior designer or an architect, please get in touch.
